MY HOME . . .

Who are you and how does your home get used? Without the answers to those questions you just "exist" in your home. Don't you want to "live" in your home and enjoy every second of such?

If you are a person who loves to entertain formally, then consider working first on your living room and dining room. If you enjoy entertaining with family and friends, but more so informally, work on the family room (or great room) and kitchen spaces. If cooking is your passion and everyone seems to congregate to your kitchen, then by all means do that room first. If you are a busy professional who rarely seems to be home, do the one room you love to relax in the most.

The point is that in today's busy world our homes have become our sanctuary. Coming home is to be a pleasure and not a dread. Once you define what areas of the home is most important to have completed first, you will be well on your way to a finished, beautiful home that you cannot wait to get to!
